We started with “IKEA bee team” project. The employees of IKEA attended our first Bees and plants  educational program

In the school of beekeeping, led by Stanko Rajić, president of the Belgrade Association of Beekeepers, employees of IKEA got acquainted with the historical development of beekeeping, the biology of bees and visiting un urban apiary, had a practical insight how to start beekeeping and work with the bees. In the program of bee friendly plants, led by Mr Ph Maja Kovač from the organization Smilja i Bosilje, IKEA employees got acquainted with honey plants, healing properties, and the use of herbs and bee products in cosmetics.

The lectures and workshops have the aim to increase environmental awareness, knowledge and skills of the employees and have an impact on sense of purpose and  loyalty

 At the end of the program, together we created a small beegardem behinf the IKEA Belgrade store.

We are proud to have launched our program with IKEA.
